The eighth iteration of our Fugacity series is a beautiful dark sour, fermented in neutral wine barrels with the addition of cranberry & raspberry. Jam-like, rich, and slightly tart with a big malt bill, expect an almost savory note, as well as hints of chocolate that play perfectly with the cranberry & raspberry.
