Fugacity #4 is a blend of three oak barrels, infused with raspberry and strawberry, that came together to produce a golden sour that has big red berry aroma and flavor. The beer is moderate in acidity, and is balanced by a hint of maltiness from the grain bill and a kiss of cherry pie funk from the Brett lambicus used in fermentation.
