Slice Crafters prepare, finish, and serve our Sicilian slices directly to guests, similar to an omakase-style chef. This role blends culinary execution and hospitality — there is no back of house or front of house.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft Great Slices
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation rules
  • Cut and serve slices with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, organized work station
• Serve the Guest
  • Greet every guest with energy and confidence
  • Explain slices and guide ordering
  • Resolve small issues with positivity and ownership
• Support the Team
  • Help anywhere on the line — no ego, no silos
  • Communicate clearly and work with urgency
  • Follow the SliceCraft Agreements every shift

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Qualifications
  • Years of Experience: None required — we train
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability: Part-time or full-time; nights/weekends preferred
