Collaboration with Talking Waters Brewing Company in Montevideo, Minnesota.
We got together with our friends from Talking Waters Brewing Company and brewed up a new batch of Pils, PLZ, an elevated version of your typical Italian-style Pilsner. It’s crisp & smooth with a dry finish, but we took it up a notch and dry-hopped it with Ariana and Calista hops this time, adding floral and bright citrus and berry notes that balance well with the Eraclea malts.
