What started out as a collab between Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative and Lupulin Brewing became a smokey and juicy ménage à trois when Scribbled Lines took the smoked saison and put it in barrels with a pile of peach. Flavors and aromas of fuzzy smoked peach skin married with a dry finish and subtle oak notes complement the classic peppery and phenolic saison characteristics
